These terms describe the intended Swing Signals service for client review and non-production testing. They do not enable production purchases and must receive client and legal approval before production use.

The service
Swing Signals provides private asynchronous golf swing reviews. It is not a live lesson, subscription, marketplace, medical service, or promise of a particular sporting result. A review is submitted for later coach feedback using the product and service terms shown before checkout and submission.
Eligibility and accounts
Launch access is for adults only. Customers must provide accurate account information, protect their managed sign-in methods, and use only their own account. Under-18 onboarding remains disabled until an approved parental-consent and safeguarding process exists.
Purchases and credits
Checkout remains unavailable until the displayed pack size, price, currency, tax treatment, media limits, credit policy, refund policy, capacity, and 48-hour service terms agree with controlled configuration and the active Stripe test catalogue. A browser redirect is never proof of payment; verified payment processing is authoritative.
Swing videos and coaching
Customers must have the right to upload submitted footage. Swing videos are used privately to deliver the requested coaching review. Promotional or testimonial use is separate, optional, and requires explicit opt-in. Customers must not upload unlawful, abusive, or unrelated content.
Service timing and remedies
When activated, the 48-hour guarantee is measured using the disclosed counted-clock policy from valid final submission. The due time and any remedy are determined from authoritative service state, not from a browser estimate. The approved refund and service-remedy policy will be published before checkout opens, and statutory rights are not excluded.
Cancellation, refunds, and availability
The current refund policy is published separately. Service availability, intake, and purchase actions may be paused when capacity or provider safety requires it. No disabled action consumes a credit merely because an upload started.
Privacy and support
The versioned privacy notice explains collection, private media handling, retention, and account requests. Accessibility, support, correction, export, and deletion entry points are available from the public and authenticated account areas.
