This notice describes the intended Swing Signals service for client review and non-production testing. It is not a production launch notice and must receive client and legal approval before production use.

What we collect
We collect only information needed to provide private asynchronous golf coaching: managed identity identifiers and verified contact details, the profile information a customer chooses to provide, purchase and payment references, submitted swing videos and coaching notes, support enquiries, consent records, and privacy-safe security and operational records. Passwords, reset tokens, MFA secrets, and payment card details stay with the relevant managed provider.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate accounts, take authorised payments, deliver private swing reviews, provide support, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and honour export, correction, deletion, refund, and service-guarantee requests. Coaching use of submitted footage is required to deliver a review. Promotional or testimonial use is a separate optional purpose and is off unless the customer explicitly opts in.
Video privacy and retention
Exact source videos and playback derivatives are private. Access is limited to the owning customer and authorised coach or support operations. Source and derivative media are retained only for the disclosed configured period and then deleted unless a legal or support hold applies. Swing Signals does not promise Australia-only storage solely from a provider location preference.
Providers and disclosures
The non-production service uses Clerk for identity, Cloudflare for application and media infrastructure, and Neon for managed PostgreSQL. Stripe test mode will be used for payments when checkout is enabled. Provider access is limited to the service purpose and governed by the applicable provider terms and configuration.
Your choices and requests
Customers can update their profile and request access or export, correction, and deletion through the authenticated account area. Promotional consent can be withheld without affecting private coaching. Deletion is subject to legal obligations and explicit holds, and its progress is tracked across application and provider systems.
Support
Privacy and accessibility requests use the public Swing Signals contact route so the coach's private administrative details are not exposed.
