Swing Signals refund policy — non-production draft

This policy describes the intended Swing Signals cancellation, refund, and service-remedy approach for client review and non-production testing. Stripe Sandbox Checkout may be used with test payment methods; no real funds move. This draft must receive client and legal approval before production use.

Before a Sandbox purchase

The active Sandbox pack price, AUD currency, test tax treatment, pack quantity, and no-expiry policy are shown from controlled configuration. Review upload and final submission are open. Coach feedback is not, so a submitted review does not return feedback until its delivery slice is deployed and live-qualified. Accepted clip formats are displayed before upload, and a clip outside the accepted size is refused with the limit stated. A verified payment-provider event, not a browser redirect, establishes a completed test purchase.

Unused review credits

Sandbox refund scenarios validate linked reversals with test provider state and no real funds. For a future real-money purchase, an authorised refund of unused credits from a multi-review pack will use the original purchase evidence and the approved partial-refund method. Historical use remains recorded, and a refund never rewrites a completed review or credit-ledger entry.

Started reviews

Upload is available in this non-production slice, and starting an upload does not by itself consume a credit. A credit is consumed only by an explicit final submission, which the customer confirms before it is sent. Cancellation and any restoration or refund depend on the review's authoritative state, whether coaching has begun, and the published cancellation terms. Support decisions are authorised and audited rather than made through direct data editing.

48-hour service remedy

The intended launch guarantee is feedback within 48 clock hours counted only on eligible NSW dates in Australia/Sydney. Saturdays, Sundays, and NSW public holidays are excluded. If an incomplete review is authoritatively found overdue after its due time, the intended automatic remedy is one non-transferable review credit while the original review still proceeds to completion. Any authorised monetary refund is assessed separately.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Customers can use the public contact route for a refund, correction, or support request once that protected enquiry channel is enabled.
